A little about me.


Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting my page! I’d like to start off by telling you a little bit about myself and how my own fitness journey began and how it’s progressed over the years. 


Growing up I was always an athlete. From an early age and throughout school I played almost every sport imaginable with a particular passion for soccer. I started playing soccer at the age of 12 and quickly progressed to the competitive level. By the time I was 16 I had already reached the provincial level but it was also during that year that I tore my ACL and my soccer career ended.


Although I’ve always been an active person, I have also dealt with severe body image issues that led me to extremes that put my health at risk. In search of a way to improve my health, confidence, lifestyle and fitness, I took an interest in weight lifting and personal training, and competing shortly after. In 2010 I competed in my very first regional fitness competition and by 2016 I competed at nationals in Vancouver where I placed third. I felt an overwhelming sense of accomplishment and happiness with what I had achieved.


Fast forward to present day, my focus is now on improving every aspect of my health. Learning and developing my spiritual, mental, physical and emotional well-being. I love helping and motivating others to make positive lifestyle changes. I want to make an even bigger impact and be able to share this passion and knowledge with all of you!
